Buffer time is a gap inserted between appointments — breathing room to clean up, prepare, or travel.
Set Buffer Time
Buffer can be set per provider in their Schedule settings, or as a global default under Settings > Availability. Each shift’s buffer applies to all appointments in that shift.
Buffer time is blocked on the calendar and invisible to clients during booking. It prevents back-to-back rushes without changing service durations.
