The client portal at /{tenant}/my-bookings gives customers a cross-tenant self-service dashboard. Clients log in to:
- View upcoming and past appointments.
- Cancel bookings (self-service cancellation).
- Manage their profile and preferences.
The portal aggregates bookings across all tenants the client has visited, providing a single view of their entire appointment history.
