Automatic email reminders reduce no-shows by keeping appointments top of mind. Calendoria sends confirmation emails immediately after booking and reminder emails at configurable intervals before the appointment.
To configure reminders, go to Account > Notifications > Email Reminders. You can set the timing — for example, 24 hours, 1 hour, or custom intervals. Templates are fully customizable (see Email Templates).
