Customize the content of automated emails — confirmations, reminders, and cancellations. Navigate to Account > Notifications > Email Templates.
The rich text editor lets you style the body, subject line, and layout. Use merge tags to insert dynamic content:
{client_name}— client’s full name.{service_name}— booked service.{appointment_date}— date and time of the appointment.{business_name}— your business name.{reschedule_link}— link to reschedule.{cancel_link}— link to cancel.
