How Calendoria handles data privacy and your compliance obligations.

Calendoria provides tools to help you meet data privacy obligations.
Data Export
Navigate to Operations > Clients, select a client, and choose Export Data. A JSON file with all personal data associated with that client is generated for download.
Data Deletion
To permanently remove a client’s data, select Delete Client from their profile. Booking records are anonymised rather than removed to maintain reporting integrity.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy policy is available at /{tenant}/legal/privacy-policy and can be generated from Account > Legal Pages. Client consent is tracked during the booking process.
