Google Calendar Sync
Keep availability and Calendoria booking events synchronized with Google Calendar.
Calendoria synchronizes booking events with a connected Google Calendar. Existing Google events block matching time on the Calendoria booking page, and Calendoria bookings are created or updated in the connected calendar.
Connect a calendar
Open Calendar settings in Calendoria and follow the Google authorization prompts. Choose the appropriate account and grant calendar-event access. Calendoria uses this permission only for the calendar features described here and in the Calendoria Privacy Policy.
Calendoria refreshes busy blocks on a schedule. External event times prevent clients from selecting conflicting appointment times. A Calendoria booking is created, updated, or deleted in Google Calendar when its booking state changes. Virtual services can also request a Google Meet link when that option is enabled.
Disconnect access
Disconnect the account from Calendar settings when synchronization is no longer wanted. Calendoria requests revocation from Google and removes its stored OAuth credentials. Events already written to Google Calendar may remain until you delete them. You can also revoke Calendoria from your Google Account connections.
