Timezone Handling
How Calendoria handles timezones for you and your clients.

The tenant timezone is set in Settings > General. All your availability and shift times use this timezone.
Client-Side Conversion
When a client visits your booking page, their browser detects their timezone and converts available slots automatically. A 9 AM slot in New York shows as 2 PM for someone in London.
Times are stored in UTC and converted on display. This handles Daylight Saving Time correctly. You can override the timezone per client when manually creating bookings from the dashboard.
