Loyalty programs reward clients with points for each booking. Points can be redeemed for discounts or free services.
Set Up
Go to Memberships > Loyalty and enable the program. Define how many points clients earn per booking and how many points are needed for a reward (e.g., 100 points = $10 off).
Points auto-accrue when a booking is completed. Clients see their balance on the booking page and in their portal. You can manually adjust points from the client profile.
