SMS Notifications
Send text message reminders and alerts to clients.
SMS notifications deliver booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation alerts directly to clients’ phones.
Turn on SMS
Calendoria manages the SMS provider and sending numbers for you. You do not need a Twilio account or API credentials.
Go to Settings > Notifications > SMS, choose the events that should send a message, and confirm the business name clients should see:
- Booking confirmations
- Reminders
- Cancellations
SMS credits
Each sent message uses an SMS credit. Buy credit packs from Billing > Credits before enabling automated messages. The current balance and message history show which tenant, booking, and event used each credit. If the balance reaches zero, Calendoria pauses the message instead of creating an unexpected provider charge.
An audit log tracks delivery attempts. Clients must provide a mobile number and consent to receive booking messages.
